Specialty Automotive Service & Repair

Great experience from the moment I dropped my car off until I picked it up. I am glad that I NEVER have to step into the local dealer for auto repair again! Specialty Automotive is professional, considerate and listen to my issues and then actually fix them with no run around. I highly recommend them and will take my Jeep to them in the future!

Specialty Automotive Service & Repair exceeded my expectations. Russell and Brad were friendly, professional, and always quick to respond. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I understood exactly what was happening with my truck. Craig and his team truly care about their customers and provide outstanding service from start to finish. Their follow-up was excellent, the repairs were completed quickly, and they got me back on the road with confidence. I highly recommend Specialty Automotive Service & Repair to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and top-notch automotive service!

Specialty installed a "tow package" (hitch, wiring, etc.) on my Subaru so I could pull my Scamp trailer. No problems, functioning great for 3 years now. Recently, when the Subaru shop I had been using raised their rates astronomically on a simple oil and filter change, I used Speciality instead. They got me in for an appointment quickly and at a reasonable price. I'm a loyal customer now!

Specialty Automotive provided amazing customer service from start to finish. Their team was personable, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and followed through on every promise they made. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers, and my husband and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable automotive service.

Ive been coming to this place for years for my cadi and Ford truck. Can't even explain how awesome the staff and services provided are. Its hard to trust people with your beloved vehicle but they have earned it without doubt. One of my all time favorite businesses in bend. They make every appointment feel personalized and are happy to do it. Only place in town ill go for any vehicle maintenance thatI don't want to to attempt myself. Somehow you guys keep getting better so thank you!
